Placing your Order
To retain that personal touch, all orders are placed with your Rainy Lanes Account Manager, who checks your order against previous orders for any missed or under-ordered lines.
On receiving your delivery
As each product is delivered please check them against the delivery note for:
1) Product description
2) Weight/pack size
3) Quantity
4) Shelf life
5) Product condition
3663 pride themselves on getting orders right, so do tell your delivery driver if there is anything wrong so they can put it right as soon as possible. If requested, your delivery driver will also give you ‘a claim for credit note’.
Your delivery driver will ask you to sign the delivery note.
If you discover any errors after the deliver driver has left, please call Rainy Lanes within 24 hours, as later claims cannot be considered.
