To reduce complexity and cost, Rainy Lanes delivers product direct from the manufacturing dairy to each customer. This minimises handling and reduces the posibility of product damages.
Placing your Order
To retain that personal touch, all orders are placed with your Rainy Lanes Account Manager, who checks your order against previous orders for any missed or under-ordered lines.
On receiving your delivery
As each product is delivered please check them against the delivery note for:
1) Product description
2) Weight/pack size
3) Quantity
4) Shelf life
5) Product condition
We pride ourselves on getting orders right, but do contact us if there is anything wrong so we can put it right as soon as possible.
Your delivery driver will ask you to sign the delivery note.
If you discover any errors after the deliver driver has left, please telephone us within 24 hours, as later claims cannot be considered.
